Returns Policy

At rewear.com.gr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that when shopping for clothing online—especially vintage and pre-owned items—the product may not fit as expected.

According to European legislation and Law 2251/1994, you have the right to return your order (in whole or in part) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the exact condition in which it was received:

• It must not have been used/worn beyond trying it on.
• It must not have been washed or altered.
• It must include all original tags (if applicable) and its packaging.

Note: Due to the nature of our products (unique pre-owned pieces), each item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and photographed in detail.

Return Shipping Costs

• Withdrawal (Change of mind / Wrong size): If you wish to return an item because it does not fit or you changed your mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. You may use any courier service you prefer.
• Defective Item / Company Error: If you received the wrong product or an item with a significant defect not mentioned in the description, the return and reshipping costs are covered entirely by rewear.com.gr.

Return Procedure

• Notify us via email at info@rewear.com.gr or by phone at 2611814670 & 6931313919 within 14 days.
• Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund of its value. Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction (or to a bank account you provide in the case of cash-on-delivery orders).

In the event of the lawful exercise of the right of withdrawal or product return, the value of the returned products will be refunded to the customer. Any additional charges related to services, such as cash-on-delivery fees and shipping costs, are non-refundable.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear, swimwear, and earrings, unless the product is defective.
